which cold air intake is the best for my truck??

I have a 2005 f150 4x4 supercrew on 33s with leveling kit and im buying a Intake this week so HELP!!
which 1 will give me more MPG???

who cares about MPG. do u wanna oil a filter every 6 months? probably not. volant or S&B. fully enclosed box. and next time, use the search function. there are too many threads started about intakes

You cannot safely run a CAI on a stock tuned 2005, you need a custom tune.

they have to be initiated somehow, right? nah, i just always forget about 04-05 needing custom tunes for CAI. probably because i own the better generation anyway

You can't run any CAI on an 05 until you buy a custom tuned programmer.

The plus side with that = more mpgs if you don't floor it and more horspower gains

if the OP has a 4.6 then he needs the gotts mod, if he has a 5.4 I have no idea but he better not until he's ready with the custom tuned tuner

you only are going to run lean with the 5.4 not the 4.6

its 5.4. would the XCAL3 be good with a custom tune?
