My stock 4 catz.

Which ones should i take out to be higher flow, but also allow the back pressure not ruin my valves?

torque will be a little better but nothing very noticeable.

Oh ok! Thanksman! Ive been trying to look for headers for a 4.2, but can find them, only found headers for 5.4's and up. Any suggestions?

I'm not quite sure if anyone has made headers for the 4.2L.

As Darren said and has done, remove the rear two, really will only add you some exhaust volume and I am almost positive their are no headers for the 4.2.
