Thanks to everyone for the info, specially to TruckGuy24, today I finally had the new muffler installed, I bought the MAGNAFLOW 5x8x14 SI/DO Satin Stainless Steel, and had the shop side exit like the ROUSH using 2x 3.5"x18" Chrome 45* cut tips.... Man, now that's a TRUCK, when I step on it, now it screams!!! I LOVE IT!! can wait to get my Edge Evo, and start playing with the tunes...

Congrats man... glad you are happy. As you put more miles on it, it will get a bit deeper and a bit louder... more reason to drive it

not sure, what the DRONE is, but I get a good mild sound on the cab, unless i steep on it

 

It's basically a constant noise that wont go away. The exhaust (esp flowmasters and other chambered mufflers) will keep a constant tone that would make most people want to pull thier hair out. WIth the maggie, they quiet down to a low rumble when the rpms and speed become constant/level.

 

oh, well if i cruse at about 70+ mph is very quiet, just a little rumble, but when I seetp on it just a little it getts louder, but it does not bother me at all.

actually I just want to punch it!

I have been enjoying the sound, now i get some mean looks when I drive next to a DODGE or CHEVY's, some want to race, but quickly change their mind..
