i have 2002 5.4 liter f150 with 10 inches of lift. i am thinking shorty headers cause i heard that they give more bottom end than long tube. also i don't know about the different materials like ceramic. i would think that if you had the ceramic ones and if you ot them wet with cold water that they would crack after being hot. any info or oppinions would be great. thanks
