He wont be able to get inspected ( visual fail, and a $1,000 - $10,000 fine ) and it will fail the sniffer test during emissions.

The only way to run without rears is in a non-emission county, and when you and your inspector are great friends

You cant have any cat work done in CA unless you have to get new cats. Reasons like plugged cats, or leaks would probably allow for you to do so. Try asking some exhaust shops what your option is, they know more about the CA exhaust laws than I do.

And there are some of the hottest girls out there, but they've been around the blocks a few times i've heard

Experience is experience my friend.


Maybe if all four of my cats were "stolen" maybe it would be legal to get some high flows. we'll see lol
