another question about cats

i have an 02 f150 fx4 with the 4.6. i found that my cats are plugged. everywhere i have checked, they do not make any that direct fit for it except walker. they are 600 for each side. there are 4 cats total. anyone know where i can find them cheaper or if other cats will work from another year of f150? i tried getting a shop to just cut them off and weld in a magnaflow cat but they wont because they could get fined if i was caught with only one cat per side. any tips or ideas would be great. thanks!

Direct fit cats are very expensive. Buy two hi-flow Magnaflow 94306 or 94106 cats and have a shop install them, $250 tops.
