How to tell if flowmaster welbs broke and are blocking flow

Is there any good way to tell if the welded pieces in the flowmaster mufflers broke off if there is no noise beeing given off? I am almost certain one of the mufflers is partially blocked. Tone of the whole exhaust has changed, power seems to be a off a bit. On top of that im eating gas which I think is due to a very very dirty AF1 filter and fuel filter.

Sounds like what happens when you have a clogged cat. You might wanna check that too.

If a Flowmaster baffle plate breaks, you will definitely know it. It will rattle and vibrate like crazy, it will basically sound like putting stones in a jar and shaking it rapidly while going down the road.

I x2 the clogged cat possibility. 12 year old cats would most likely need changed out. Running rich using fuel will definitely put an end to converter life.

the cats aren't stock. I had my entire exhaust replaced. New shorty headers, piping, high flow cats, mufflers and tips. Im having my mufflers replaced tomorrow along with the brakes.

Im going to be pissed if i find out the cats are shot already.
