Magnaflow on!!

And no, i don't have any pics or sound clips yet! Been working my butt off the last two months..

I got my Magnaflow 14" 3" single in/2 1/2" dual out muffler last week, and my tip i wanted to use. Had a local shop fab up the dual 2 1/2" pipes out the back, but the guy wasn't sure if he could gurantee they would not rattle where they go over the axle. I have a 2" drop on the back with Bell-Tech shackles. Well, the H.D. run the same set-up with the same dia. pipe, but at that point, i just wanted it on. I had them split out the sides behind the wheels and angle towards the bumper. They look great, and i am really happy. The sound is perfect, not too loud, but i can tell i have some happy sounds out the back. Acceleration is perfect, no popping, just a great rumble. I will try and get pics at least in the next day or so.

Just so stoked i finally got it done and it sounds great! I know it will loosen up a little as it breaks in, not a big deal at all.
Thanks to Darren and a few others for all the advice! Darren, you were right, the sound is perfect! I had a T/A with an LS1 with a Borla, and it got so loud, i hated any trip over 2 hours...

Congrats, great choice and happy to hear you are pleased. My T/A had the GMMG cat-back, god that was loud, stock went back on and I sold the kit.

Yay... Good to hear. I love the sound of our muffler, and I have a tad under 500 miles on it now, and it seems to be a bit louder already

Thanks! Funny thing is, the custom goodies are Ford parts. The headlights are Lightning Heads, the grille is from a H.D... I had custom head lights and grille before, and wound up replacing them with these items. My next mod will be a cowl hood.. needs repalcing for the same reason the grille and headlights got replaced..

I noticed that. You cant go wrong using OEM parts, fitment is perfect, longetivity is excellent, plus an OEM truck enhanced with OEM parts is un-resistable.

the OEM look is sorta what I want to go with too...I eventually want to make my truck the supercab lightning ford never made lol, but i couldn't put on the exterior pieces before i supercharged it, so it will be awhile if it gets done.
Love that color btw

Thanks! Actually, you have the cowl hood i want. Where did you get yours from? Cheapest i have found is $350 shipped from ebay.. plus another 2-300 for paint. Definitly my next mod.. well, actually, my NEXT mod is an engagement ring on my g/f's finger... but after that.. the hood.

I found mine on ebay...from a seller named pricebusterchris. I think they're not selling it anymore, but you might be able to get ahold of them if you just messaged them asking them if they still sell them or not. I paid $315 shipped - insurance took care of the paint; got lucky and had a hail storm - insurance paid for a brand new full paint job lol.
congrats on your engagement!
