Roush Off-Road or MBRP Dual Rear Side exit
The spacers would be cheaper, and with mechanical know how, tools, and a jack you could do it yourself. I went with the replacement struts so I didn't have it stacked, and it better balanced the turning and road hugging and less sag. I had 72,000 miles and my stock rear shocks and front struts were toasted. Costed $380 for the Bilstein kit, installed the rear shocks myself, had the dealer do the struts for $184.
I would sell the rims and get the leveling kit, exhaust, and tires.
As for the exhaust I've had both the ROR and the MBRP SI/SO (not the SI/DO but they should be similar) and while the MBRP is deeper the ROR is much louder. I like loud with a good tone so I would vote for the ROR. Just my $.02
