help

i went to a muffler shop and asked the guy about changing mine and he suggested "torpedo packs" over like a flowmaster and ive never heard of torpedo packs? has any one here? if you have what should i do

okay thanks....what would you recommend a flowmaster or magnaflow

Depends on if sound or performance is most important to you. The Magnaflow will give you more low end torque but are too quiet for me. I like the way my Flowmaster 40 sounds. Not too loud, just right.

Bluejay couldn't have said it any better, though the Magnaflows can be made louder, it just involves some cat and possible header work :o

Spend some time on Youtube to help you better decide.

i think the torpedo packs are just glasspacks....heres some stuff i found im not sure it this is exactly what it is but just trying to help

"Torpedo Pack" is exclusive to a company called Jones Exhaust Systems.

Torpedopacks are basically glasspacks from what I've seen.

Oh Jone's makes them. They are old school somewhat like Cherrybomb.

I hate glasspacks, real mufflers sound better in my personal opinion.
