Will it fit ?

Found a wrecked 06 Supercrew shortbed, it has a Magnaflow Exhaust on it, guy will take $100.00 for the Exhaust! But question is, will it fit a 04 Supercab with the 6 foot bed ?

It could, their may be a small issue with the left tailpipe but you can certainly make it fit. The Supercrew with the exhaust is a 5'5 bed correct?

It is a SI/SO and yes it was a Supercrew Shortbed, we held it up to my truck and it is VERY close, will find out tomorrow if the hangers are in the right spots or not!

P.S The muffler is a 14" Magnaflow, pipe looks to be 3-3.5".

Ok. Well it sounds like thats a custom job, not a kit cause their kits all have the 18" bodies. In that case you could definitely make that line up, even if the hangers wont fit in place you could have it installed pretty cheap.

Lucky son-of-a-gun! Grab it!

Second thought, you can buy the muffler alone cheaper than $100.00.. Are you getting the pipes and muffler? If so, might be work to make the existing pipes fit your truck.. something to think about,

Here is the link to the thread i made scroll down for the video. I just got a 14 inch on mine a couple days ago. Yours maybe a little louder or different sounding since mine is only the 4.6L.

True, but, Its already a 3" exhaust that he could bolt up without having a shop do while charging labor fees.

Just an update, hangers all lined up right, but the pipe was about 5 or 6 inches too short, had to take it to the muffler shop and have a piece of pipe welded in! Sounds great, makes it sound like a real truck now. And another thing I noticed was that Thursday night on my Gryphon my average milage was showing 12.6 last night first time with the new exhaust driveing the same route home it showed 15 for an average! Would adding a better exhaust bump milage that much ?

You would figure your average would go down with the new toy wanting to hear that sweet sound?

Your exhaust flow path is un-restricted so it will flow much healthier, but in reality you probably gained about 0.5mpg. The Gryphon calculator is kinda iffy how it calculates.
