Tune for no cats

Could anyone give me a ballpark figure of how much it would cost to get a custom tune that would eliminate all 4 cats on my 2001 5.4? I know nothing about custom tunes and if theyre somethin totally different than like a regular superchip. Idk where to get one, what kind, or who would do it. Again i know nothing about custom tunes please give any info. Is it bad for the truck even if its tuned right to where the truck dont know the cats are missing? Will a custom tune allow me to run no cats and still pass emissions just fine? Basically long as the CEL dont come on is what im needin. I have a place that will take all 4 off and weld pipe.

look into the gotts 02 mod, many tuners will not turn off the cats due to national laws but some tuning devices allow you to turn off the rear sensors

The Gotts mod if the most affordable way to do it with only coasting the price of a few nuts. Custom tuning can disable the rear O2s and the many other benefits of the custom tune are very well worth it. Custom tunes basically un-leash all of the hidden power behind the stock restrictive tune, and allow for updated tuning to the PCM for performance modifications. I have the PHP Gryphon and absolutely love it.

Ok I went to pick up my programer today when i got there they said 175$ more bucks to dyno tune it i asked if they could just turn the cats off for now they said yes for 50$ so I took them up on it well they got it programed and went to turn off the o2's and found out that Diablo Predator Programmer does not offer to turn off o2's because E.P.A. threatend to charge 14,000$ each programer sold that offered to turn off o2's so i asked for my money back since it does not do what I got it to do so I just got my money back and went to have my cats put back on but ever since they did what they did with the programer the idle runs to low when i first started it it died and died about 5 to 8 more times after that the shop told me its gonna take time for the computer to reset its self its gotten alittle better since this morning its not dying i had the o2's cats put on check engine light went off after i had it cleared but i am gonna drive it through the weekend and see what happens if its not better i am going to have the computer flashed ford said 97$ but nothing i can really do very very stressed but my opinuion is two thumbs down
but I am not giving up going to get the edge in a couple off months we shall see what happens there

Running rich

2008 F-150 5.4L
I have true duals straight piped all the way back, no cats or muffler. I am getting codes saying running too rich (expected). I am wondering if I get tuner with flash tunes would it fix my air to fuel ratio so my truck wont thing that its running lean and it will stop trying to correct itself?
