rear cat delete

does any one have a vid of a rear cat delete and the exhaust dumped with no muffler on it

i am goin to be deleting my rear cats soon but i dont have enough money to put a full dual exhaust on so i will be just keeping my exhaust as it is for now and i was wondering if anyone had and vids of the exhaust that way before

97-03 body style would be prefered but i wouldnt mind the newer trucks either just for a comparison

have you checked your O2 sensors to make sure you dont trip one when you cut off the rear cat?

On the 97-03 model I believe the cats you can take off without throwing a code are the front 2, I took them off on my 97 and never had a problem.

well i thought about doing it today but when i got under there i couldnt manage to get the saws i have up in there so i didnt bother doin it yet

i will be takin off the rear cats because the front ones are curved and i dont wanna deal with bending pipes or anything

im not worried about a check engine light

hoss66 im not sure if anywhere around here that would do it yet cuz i havent called around but i plan on having it done over spring break in a few weeks so i will be calling around sometime this week to see if anyone will do it

You wont get a check engine light. Sounds good with a magnaflow. Did it to mine last weekend.
