The flowmaster sound? Yeah true duals with 2 flowmaster super 44s and an X pipe. That's your best bet. It won't be cheap though.

Yeah well nothings ever cheap nowadayz haha I think I'll just buy a super 44 muffler and have my muffler shop bend some pipes for me with 2.5" outlet pipes behind the back tires. Thanks guys!

Yeah mean, it'll sound good. Depending what tips you get should run you around 350 bucks.

any certain tip you suggest? I was thinking about not getting tips. I like that look where the pipes come out and they've been cut at the tip to make a slanted angle.

If you want the stock look go for it. I'm 3.5" or 4" tips. Stainless steel without a doubt though.

No. A 3" inlet with dual 2.5" out would perform better, even better with a 3" intermediate pipe instead of the stock 2.5". The best performing setup would be 3" from the Y to a 3" single in muffler and 2.5" dual out would sound better. After the muffler there is no performance velocity its just sound, bigger pipes sound better so dont go small like 2.25" because it will only kill your sound and make it raspy.

A Magnaflow muffler would be better than a Flowmaster, calmer at idle but deep and rich toned on drivingm and much more peaceful inside.

That is true, I don't know.

You can do what pat did to gain some power for relatively cheap. Run true duals with a X-pipe and Dynomax bullets, then dump it after the mufflers. The bullets are cheap, sound really good, and won't kill your performance like Flowmasters will.

I was told that true duals will kill my warranty though. And I'd hate to do that with the truck being so new.

I think it only voids the catalytic converter warranty.

Flowmaster=Sound level more than overall sound Magnaflow has a better tone thank Magnaflow, but magnaflow is performance based.
