Hello everyone. My lurking through your comments convinced me on MBRP. SI/DO split rear. Got them yesterday. Want to say thanks. However, have a note to add on MBRP. They sent the wrong passenger side tail pipe and refuse to ship me a replacement piece until I either sent pics of the bad part or paid for a new piece with reimbursement coming when they received the pics. Everything else fits perfect but can't complete until I get that part.

Also, even though their QA/QC messed up they won't overnight me the part unless I pay the full shipping cost. The would reimburse me the cost of shipping ground and I would pay the difference. So you have been warned if you have an ill fitting part. Be prepared to wait around a week if they sent you any wrong pieces in the system.

Am I wrong to expect to receive my part overnight as they messed up the product?

 

That is unfortunate. I myself would wait it out for 3 day ground shipping if it was necessary, but that just me. I wont let anyone screw me over, but i'll agree to be patient.

 

Take a pic. Email it. And tell them to get the part out THAT DAY Next day air. I don't think you're being unreasonable at all.

 

They said next day air would be $70 out of my pocket. It's not worth it to me to get it that quick and I didn't really think I could force anything. Wish I could post pics.
