Magnaflow 12588 clip?

Anyone with a Magnaflow 12588 have a sound clip? I installed the Roush OR, and it's way too loud for me and the girls. Thinking of going with the 12588, but it may be too quiet. I want something a little louder than stock, but not Flowmaster loud.

That 22" body will be very quiet so you will achieve the calm quiet note.

This is a SI/SO but heres how the 22 sounds.

Wow....That's EXACTLY what I want! I had a SI/DO FM 40 on my '02 F-150 and though I loved it when I was on the gas hard, the crazy drone in the typical 1800-2200 rpm range was killing me. From there I had an '04 Ram with the 5.7 and I got the 22" Magnaflow SI/SO put on and kept the stock tailpipe with the resonator. You could hardly even tell anything had been changed...it was just BARELY louder than stock. So then I removed the resonator from the tailpipe. It had an absolutely brain-melting drone. I couldn't believe how much difference that little straight-thru resonator made. Luckily for free the shop welded in a resonator they had taken off an '06 Ram (the pre-muffler one they began using in '05) and then it was purfect.

My point is that I've been "gun shy" about even touching my '07. Not only am I getting older but I work a weird schedule so I come and go at strange hours quite frequently. My next-door neighbor is just close enough that an exhaust that's too loud/obnoxious would make me worry about diturbing them in the wee hours. Not to mention that as I get older I think obnoxiously loud systems sound cheap and trashy. This guy's setup sound like just what I want.

So from the slightly used Roush OR muffler and then Roush tips from a member, I had a local shop run the pipes. A little too loud IMO so I ended up with the Magnaflow 12588 in its place. Gotta say I love the sound of it. Absolutely no drone inside the cab. But when I step on it, you can definitely hear the low growl. Sound clip upn in a bit.

That, and you can also tell I need to lose a little weight. LOL.

Thanks for the comment.

I like that volume and tone a LOT. I'm really leaning this way now. If you ever get the chance to record some video from inside while driving, I'd love to hear it!
