Do you still have all 4 stock cats? Going to 2 high flows will make it louder

x2! and maybe a set of long tube headers.

You could replace the 2 rear cats with pipe, possibly get 2 hi flows for the others, and remove the mufflers. You could possibly do new headers if you wanted, but that will cost you a rather large chunk of change, and if you got long tube(only ones worth it in my opinion) your gas mileage will go to trash.

If you do not have emissions, cut the rear cats out. If you do, there is no reason to replace the front cats since they flow better than hi-flows do, and are a little louder than hi-flow cats. Here was my experience.
