I'm going to put on a set of Supermaxx headers and hi flow cats and would like to replace the rest of the exhaust too. My problem is I can't find a bolt on si/do system. Any direction would be great. I realize that I can get a system custom made which is what I'll do if nothing else comes up. But if I'm going custom, would it be more advantagous to go true duals? I'm not looking for lots of noise, I just want better performance and MPG. I see all the maojor brands offer what I like for F150s, will they work?

 

Take a look at Gibson. They ar teh only ones I have seen offering a bolt on SI/DO exhaust. If your oing with Cats, and headers, you may be better off having a true dual sytem, custom fabbed.

 

Magnaflow makes a cat-back for Expeditions.

 

But not a dual outlet.

 

What advantage can i get from true duals? I'm assuming that when I take it to get the exhaust fabricated, they can adapt it into the supermaxx system?

 

Not sure what teh outlet looks like on the headers/ cats llokslike, but if it has dual outlets, you'd be choking it own with the 2 1/2 inlet.
