Gotts 02 Mod

got tired of my CEL being on so i tried the gotts mod, no light yet (knocks on wood) and yes i do have converters on my truck

not to many, maybe 300 reset the CEL on monday morning

not to sure how it works, im thinking since the non foulers bring the sensor back about a inch or 2 the amount of air that would be flowing past the sensor with converters would read the same as if the sensor was moved back and has no converters not sure wasnt hard at all, jacked the truck up a little and took the sensors out, drilled a 1/2 hole (had to go buy a drill bit for metal) and put them back in and reset my CEL

lol no problem, but you need to thank gotts for this


btw CEL just came back on, ill check it tomorrow and see if its still the converters if it is ill just leave it on im tired of wasting money and time on it

Sounds like that mod sometimes works, you know a set of plug in MIL-Eliminators r like 59$

I did mine 10,000 miles ago now and still no SES light

idk its off now, ill keep you posted BTW i searched google for non foulers and a 02 sensor modification popped up lol guess words gettin out huh
