I kinda eased in and hit wot at, time 0:17. Why?

BTW what route did you end up going with your transmission?
I work at Kason Transmission here in Texarkana(2.5yrs). I've been having a problem with my trans neutraling when it shifts to 2nd at a wot punchand sometimes when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd. That's why I kinda eased in on the vids. I've got another vid where it sounds like it's going to chew up the trans and spit it out....
When I did the engine swap the only thing I did to the trans was put in a stage 2 Fairbanks shift kit and a heavy duty converter from our suplier. I had the trans built about 30,000 miles ago, but that was when it had the 4.6L and it was just built to factory specs with the usual updates.
I knew eventually it would have problems and I figured I'd just have our builder rebuilt it when the time came......
So here I am. Our builder has given me to many options. I need someone to say,"this is what works". I want to know what you guys did to beaf up your 4R70W's.

Thanks,
Rich

That sounded a lot like straights. I might have to take another look at Magnaflows again!

Damn, that's loud and sounds like crap, just my opinion. Sounds "flappy" like straight pipes with too little backpressure.

Hence the title, "Too Loud".
It's a dual passenger side exit like a Lightning with 4" wide, 12" long tips.
It's the tips that make it sound "flappy". I hope to quieten it down by putting some cats back on it and possibly an X-pipe.
I might even try to stuff a 2006 F150 FX4 Super Crew in the mufflers. Yea.....that will probly quieten it down a little...

The hi-flow converters and cats will help. If that doesn't do the job all that great, run the tips out the back. Once you add LTs its only gonna get louder. I'm still amazed at that sound though, that blower really adds a tone! I wish my Magnaflows had that high pressure hearable idle!
