Question Anyone know who makes Roush mufflers?

Anybody know what kind of muffler roush uses for their offroad kit? The reason I ask is because I love the deep, awesome sound, but I dont like the dual out the rear look. I prefer the stock look out the side. So I figured if I could figure out who makes the mufflers for roush (roush does not make them), I could just buy one and weld it in to the stock system for the sound. Anybody know?

Borla makes the Roush exhaust systems.

Thank you. Now the next question. Anyone know which Borla universal muffler would be comparable to the offroad "roush" muffler sound? I know, like magnaflow, that borla mufflers can be kinda quiet, unlike the roush muffler.

I don't think you will have much luck finding a Borla SI/DO with a smaller case like the one made for Roush.

Yeah your best bet would be to try and pick up a used one ebay or something

I'm looking for a Single In / Single Out actually. I just wanted the sound of the roush system in a single setup vs. the roush dual.

Here's a pic of my ROR muffler. It's 10" long, has a 3" inlet and 2 2.25" outlets. You can use the pic to judge the size Borla muffler you need.

I know Borla makes a cat back system for the f150 with a single outlet in a similar location to stock. But I cannot find the part # right off hand.

OK, last question I promise, and it is related. Does anyone know the difference between the roush offroad and street legal kit? Obviously one is louder than the other, but what makes it louder? Obviously the type of Borla muffler.... So that is my next question, I like the offroad sound, not the street legal sound, so how do I not end up with the wrong one :o) Obviously its two different kinds of Borla muffler

The legal has a larger muffler and it's twice as long.

Along with the other differences stated it has to do with emissions. I believe the legal version will pass emissions in every state where as the off road won't pass.

How does a muffler have any affect on emmisions? What comes out one, should come out another, just at a different noise level, and at a different pace. It's my understanding that the Roush Off Road is simply a "tough" sounding name and it's actually legal anywhere it's legal to have a louder than stock exhaust.
