Volant! Is it CARB legal? 2006 5.4 Model

I've been up and down through the search and found nothing that "clearly" states Volant is!

A few websites that offer Volant claim it is, and a few others do not say either way!

I've e-mailed Volant and got nothing in reply!

Does anyone here know for a FACT that Volant is or isn't CARB legal?

I'd be greatly appreciative for any information provided!

Cheers

It should be. Any replacement intake kit should be 50 state legal in every way, especially since its enclosed.

Well according to the Air Resourse Board website, the Volant Intake for the 2006 F150 (part #19754) is NOT CARB legal! At least not at this time!

Took me awhile to find it, but I'm glad I didn't order it!

Appreciate you taking the time to reply Darren!!

Cheers
