My First Thread/ Exhaust opinions

Hey guys, my first post and just wanted to get all of the your 2 cents on this. I have searched everywhere on the internet and forums and cant really come across this set up but I have a 2002 F150 5.4L Screw 3 in lift K&N intake with some 35's and I am wanting to get true dual exhaust cut at the y-pipe by the O2 sensors and then just have them ran back straight pipes and dumped right before the axle with no muffler and have the dumps angled out a little bit so the sound doesnt just bounce off the ground. My buddy has this setup only with it running to the back with some 4 in tips but Im just not a huge fan of exhaust tips so if anyone has ran this set up or anything just let me know what you think. Thanks!

Many people run this setup. Most run tips out the back to keep the drone out from inside, but it'll sound good.
