Yes. They are a cheap grade of steel, that cannot handle the high heat very well, and corrode by salt, and rust out after awhile. When it coems to things like this, sometimes its best to pay extra for the quality headers.

Just move to Abilene cause the cops could care less. Everyday I see and hear about fifty trucks drive by my house without any muffler. Nothing like getting woke up in the middle of the night in a house with storm windows on a 30 mph road.

I don't think the cops know with EPA noise emission laws are around here, or speeding or running red lights or passing school buses with flashing red lights, etc

haha yea i have driven my truck with out the muffler for a lil bit (because i was changing it) and it just got to be too much for me. i want it loud, but i want a good tone.

Well with the pressure of the LTs and hi-flows, and Flowmaster mufflers, it'll definitely be loud and well toned.
