I think all out DEEPEST would be a straight pipe.

Magnaflow gives the deepest sound I have heard, at all rpms. Unlike straights which are only deep at idle and very low rpm.

ive got a 400M on my 77 F-150 and i have longtubes with super44's and it has a nice deep rumble. My buddy shifty has dynomax bullets on his 4.6L it sounds very deep. it doesnt really have that big block sound till he opens his cut-outs and runs open headers. Not much too them bullets thoe stright threw. cant belve how much they quite it down compaired to open headers.

I just put a roush off road rear exit kit on my 05 screw 5.4 and I love it! It isnt necessarily the loudest I've ever heard but it is very deep across the band. I am considering doing something with the cats or y pipe to make it louder but I would recommend it!!

2.5 inch dual exhaust with flowmaster super 44's, an H-Pipe and 3.5 inch tips

borla, magnaflow and straight pipes tend to sound raspy at higher rpms

I beg to differ with all. I have run Magnaflow, Roush Off-Road, and now MBRP. The MBRP without doubt is the DEEPEST and has no rap. I exclude straight pipe because it is not a catback as the OP asked, and straight pipes rap. The more I run my MBRP, the deeper it sounds and the more mellow. I think the only way I could get it deeper is to install larger outpipes.

How come no one has mentioned Bassani?!?!
I'm running a bassani catback (BXX54154H-4) and no cats, and the rumble damn near brings a tear to my eye.
