Changes To Exhaust

When i bought my truck it had a si/do 50 series flowmaster. It sounded good but not exactly what i was wanting. I decided that i would put a 10 series flowmaster on. My pipes used to both run out the right side behind the rear tire. I always thought it looked terrible. Well i finally got it to a local small exhaust shop who made me a new pipe so now i have a pipe exiting on both sides of the truck. It looks so much better BUT i have lost all my sound. It sounded really good and throaty before and now it is so quiet. Does anyone have any ideas of how i lost all that volume? I did no muffler change, so i was thinking it would sound the same.

Going from same side exit to dual side exit you should have noticed an increase in sound and throaty sounds.. hmm.
