i have been looking at them for my 4.6. but all they make is shorty. and at they only add about 12 hp which sucks for 450 bucks. now i have a question if anybody who is exhaust educated can help me.

say i buy some shorties. run the pipe straight back another foot or so, would i gain more HP like a long tube? or no because they "collect" so much sooner than a long tube

Don't wast your money on shorty headers, go with the long tubes more power and tq, and they cost less then the overpriced JBA's

i have searched and searched, im gonna email them and see if they fit. i have an 07 4x4 so dont know if that would matter and it says 4.6 and 5.4 and my engine compared to my dads sits about 6" lower atleast.

also 2 of the trucks it say it fits are the 04 heritages. so im guessing they are for the old body style

It was a pain in the *** I would never do it unless I had a lift. I was lucky to have one, it still took about 7 hours total old off new on and bend the exhaust

Can these headers be matched with a JBA high flow mid? I'd recommend JBA to anyone fighting SMOG! A great product all around!
