Is this right?

i just got my flowmaster super 44 series muffler it looks little. is it the right one its the 9425472 muffler..

you must not have seen the super 44 commercial, they are smaller so they give you more ground clearance on muscle cars and such, so they wont scrape like the super 40 or even the 40 series

btw is it black? thats a good indication that its a 44 or not, i know a guy the got screwed cuz he paid extra for a super 40 and got a regular 40

the super 44 is black. never compared the size of it to a super 40 tho. but its loud as hell.

ya its black im getting it put on this weekend... im stoked...charging me 230 to have them bend the pipes and put it on...

The Super 44 is a 4x9.75x13 case, just like the original 40 series, and its painted with very cheap black paint that will chip within a month.

9425472 appears to be a 2.5" in 2.25" dual out muffler. I would have gone 3" to 2.5" dual out but sweet.

its a si/do , i got it for 80 and putting it on for 230.. i think its a little high but o well. .... its a 2.5 inlet and a 2.5 out....

thats pretty much right bigger, i had a SI/DO original 40 put on for $300 with custom piping and chrome 4" tips, make sure you get tips with that 230 as well

sweet i also got a KN cold air intake.. so i think it will be pretty loud....... wake up the dead.. aint that how we like it...
