Anyone have a cut out?

Was wondering if anybody had the electric cutout or just the basic cutout along with their exhaust and how it sounds. Does it really make that much of a difference in sound? a link for a clip would be cool to.thanks.

It all matters where its mounted. If you have a cut out mounted where the Y pipe is, it will be damn loud. If its mounted before muffler, it will sound like a single straight pipe, after muffler, would be like a dumped muffler.. Fun for disturbing the peace on demand.

i have the cheap 3 wing nuts and a cover type cut-out i didnt wanna pay 500 dollars per cut-ous for E-cutous i have no prob rollin under my truck and undoing 6 wing nuts and 2 covers. my are mounted right to my collectors on each side before my mufflers theres a video of my truck with dynomax bullets, open cut-outs and open headers *open headers are my pacesetter shortys with a 2.5" down pipe.* but 2 cut-outs with wing nuts only cost me 40 bucks. i love my cut-outs i open them once a week bc i love OPEN HEADERS its the soulation to all of lifes prob's enjoy.

As far as sound goes dynomax seems to be a little louder under hard acceleration but slightly quieter at idle and while cruising. Still exhaust note is deep and rumbly not ricer weenie, oops I meant winy...Dynomax power offer
