Want custom exhaust

I want to get some custom exhaust.
I have a 06 extended cab.
I want to do true dual exhaust with 2 mufflers and 2 high flow cats.
Was wondering which exact mufflers and cats id need?
and wheres the best place online to buy them
And is it best to go with 2.5 inch tubing?

2.5 is good.

if its a custom exhaust, then there is no exact muffler you need. anything that is 2.5 would be fine. what kind of sound are you looking for?

I would get two 11" magnaflow muffler's! Make sure you also get an X-pipe to equalize both sides of your exhaust. I'm doing the exact same thing to my truck except i'm going to just use a dual in and dual out single 11" magnaflow muffler,x-pipe with 2.5" pipe.

Just an FYI, if the truck is not over 5 years old and has less than 50k miles, you could be saying "bye, bye" and off to the impound yard with a citation as a "gross poluter"- and a whole bunch of fees and maybe even a destruction order by a judge (if they are in a bad mood)- for removing the oem cats

Funny guy,but being that my good friend own a exhaust shop,he doest not recommend this for trucks esp if a stock motor. You actually lose horsepower & torque from what he states.

in NJ i think you can have any cats as long as it meets state emissions requirements via state inspection, not sure what state your talking about but most emissions laws vary between state. i was told most hi flow cats will meey state emissions but not sure. i am also not sure of the requirement of the truck being over five years old, but if it passes state emissions i don't see any problems

Get the 11" bodies, and two part #94306 Magnaflow cats. Sound sound how my truck does, maybe slightly louder.

Yeah Same here in MN. Not every state is run by the green ****'s... Hell we don't even have a state inspection here.
