loving my new exhaust

So today I decided it would be a good day to skip all 4 of my classes and head on down to the muffler shop. After browsing through this site and listening to many options I decided that, being that I am in college and money doesn't grow on trees, I would go the inexpensive route. Therefore I had the shop go ahead and chop the whole thing off from the muffler and back. They replaced the area where the muffler was with some straight pipe and turned down the end before the rear axle (everything was welded). To be honest with you it sounds great. Im a huge fan of the sound of a dual exhaust but I would gladly line mine up next to a truck with duals and I firmly believe mine sounds better. But just my opinion. So if you're considering going this route, and you want a very aggressive tone, I promise you wont regret it. The shop did everything for $40 plus tax. $43 to be exact. Best $43 ever spent...

Mine cost me $20 :lol. Used the existing pipe from the stock exhaust to attach my $20 tip with. And azmidget did all the work for free.

Gotta love the sound of a straight piped V8
