Okay, so I want a mandrel-bent 2.5" Stainless Steel pipe.
But I want it to exit out at the side.
So far Magnaflow's (PN: 15037) is all i could find but it is out the rear.
I dont want to buy a 90 or 45 degree mandrel bent turn pipe to make this happen as this will cost almost half the cost of the pipe.
Any suggestions?
It's a 2000 4.2L V6 F150 with a Gibson Muffler (PN: 788500S)

 

You are going to have to look for a custom shop. My whole exhaust system is stainless steel and I had it custom bent/installed by a great shop here in Va. If you were up here, I'd recommend him to you.

 

yea most shops should do it, mine did my whole exhaust mandrel bends did a good job, if you were here id recommend you to him

 

Im not around there at all.
I'm starting to think that I ought to order the pipe, then just cut it off and weld in a 45 or 90 degree angle and just add a 18" 3.5" tip.
15 or 45 slash of course

 

yea autozone has all kinds of exhaust pipes, and angles too

and thats what tips i have, 3.5" and 18" long

 

Go to a shop and request it. Autozone does not carry mandrel bends, or mine doesn't atleast.

 

Mandrel Bending Solutions. On eBay they will bend you tailpipes out of 409 stainless for $160. Check em out.
