Angry...

So about a month ago i had my high flows installed. Truck started up and ran great with them and still does. CEL was on and when i took my truck to have my oil changed i found out everything was not ok. Im at school now so i cant drive back just to have this taken care of. Turns out, my o2 sensors are both pinched against my heat shield, so much that the mechanics though the wiring might be broken. Second off the left side rear o2 sensor isnt even connected because the wiring isnt long enough to reach. The cats are also welded in place so if i want the sensors fixed they would have to cut out the cats and reinstall them. Im just pissed because now its gonna cost me extra to have this fixed because im at school. The mechanics said it would run fine still but i want to get it fixed. Oh yea the o2 cable on the left side was dangling on my 4x4 driveshaft....

Ouch, hate to hear it man. Maybe you should call your exhaust shop and explain the story to them. Possibly send them a scare tactic attorney's letter with an invoice and see if they'll pay for it.

or...

If the mech's say it's ok to drive, drive it on back to them.

Sounds like you need to deal with a better exhaust shop. Make them fix it for free since they did the job wrong, or file a complaint to a lawyer.
