I'm thinking that when the extra o2 bungs were welded in that the heat Compromised header in a way that it allowed rust to start...t IDK

mel anything yet man? id be so pissed about this id want brand new headers and some cats too and lots of stickers!! lol. i dont think the other o2 hole would hurt anything the whole header is 304 stainless i dont see how a hole thats sealed would hurt it. call the raise some hell get new headers or sue there pants off!!!

Their claim is that something must have gotten on the headers to make them rust like that. I live in the Virginia Beach area and we get a whopping 1/2" of snow a year.

They did give me a deal on a AFCO heat exchanger with fans but it still was not what I was looking for.

Now my high flow cats are making strange noises. Not something else with the exhaust? These cats have been on here a few years but I expected not to have to change them again. The rattling kinda of sound is getting worse all the time.
