Finally, Deleted rear cats!

Ok well as many of you know, I have had plans for cutting out my rear cats on my 4 cat system. Yesterday it finally happened. Two nights before we tried it but we had a cheap blade so all we really did was give me exhaust leaks haha. This exhaust is pretty damn strong though, had a real fun time fighting with it. So the next day we buy the good blades and we cut them out, and fabbed the new piping and popped them in, clamped them together, tach welded just a couple spots, and its all good. The right pipe was a PITA because the exhaust is so solid. Took me and my friends strength to pull the pipe down enough to slip the pipe in. The left bank was super easy he did it without me even knowing. No CEL, better volume and now you can tell its a true dual. One of the louder Magnaflow systems i've heard on our trucks yet personally.

Well enough typing, time for pictures and video.

Rear cats removed

The rear cat replacement

And how it looks now

Sweet mod. It would sound amazing with flowmasters on the revs.

Right on man!
Sounds GREAT!
Don't worry about a CEL. My rear cats have been off for going on 2 weeks, and NO CEL!

Sounds Bad A$$ Dude! I need to get a better video of my setup so we can compare it to the high flows/pre cats gutted.

Now either ship those cats to me....or take them to a salvage yard and collect your money. They should be worth about 30 each or 60 each. I can't remember if the fronts are worth more or the backs.
