Exhaust or Other problem

HI,
I have a 2002 Ford F150 XXLT model. Has the triton V8 in it.
I have noticed when i try to excelerate almost at any speed it hesitates.
could this be a Cat problem or something else?

But If i run solid at a certain speed lets say 70MPH, it runs great.

All i have on this truck is a K and N air Filter and a Magma Flow Muffler Dual.

any help is apprecieated.
thanks
jason

Well them maybe your catalytic converters are getting clogged up. If you can get that verified, then buy Magnafow hi-flow cats to gain some more sound volume, and flow better.

Well I can tell you what it isn't. It's not a valve or fuel injector problem because I was having these same probs with my Ranger. We had them remove and clean my entire valve train and they replaced the injectors and it still ran rough and hesitated like a straight man walking into a gay bar.
