Whats missing/different from non "Jr" kits.

No heat shield, filter looks smaller, but hard to tell from that picture.

x2 The JR does not have the heat sheild, it uses the stock air filter enclosure.

F150 Airaid 400-740 Air Intake Tube Kit

FYI- thinking maybe of this item myself---you'll find it cheaper on e-bay though.
ex.Item number: 280252500333 tonite is $131.49 and Item number: 270185834243 is about a buck more... both sellers have "make an offer", so make an offer dude!

I've had one on my 2006 F150 and it wasn't so bad. The Airaid Jr. comes with a new tube and drop in filter. The kit will re use the factory airbox. It's not a bad set-up. It's only slightly louder than the factory intake. I felt a little bit of gain in power and I saw .5 mpg increase. I'd recommend it to someone who doesn't want a programmer or someone who wants a canned tuner.
