Resonators just muffle sound they do not have any thing in there to help with emmissons and the the frist 2 cats do enogh cleaning i think your truck should pass. i know everyone on here replaces the stock 4 with only 2 High flows so i think the stock 2 should be plenty... i dont know this for a fact but i think your ok.

yea thats what joshmac said he did with no CEL light...and yea just about all exhaust shops are gonna give you crap with any kind of converter work its against they law the exhaust guy can go to jail with huge fines and lose his job...they dont want that...so thats why many people wont do that work...glad my exhaust guy will but yea if you just cut those 2 big cats off youll be alright and if you put a super 44 on there it will sound loud and mean

havent already go check out my exhaust i have hi flow cats...people say its the same as the 2 front cats
