do straights hurt your truck??

no, the downshifting i know is normal. its how the truck acts when it hits upper RPM's in 1st and 2nd. stops pulling altogether! atleast until i ease off the throttle just a bit, then it bites again and pulls like normal..

If you lost any power it wont be noticable, I didn't loose any with my straights and it sounds awsome. My setup is in my sig.

get the magnaflow muffler that has a built in x-pipe and have a muffler shop put it in

oh so it dont shift if you have it held to the floor? Probably the low end torque loss. My truck with the gas held to the floor pulls hard and shifts smooth.

Well, with his description, wouldn't it be a high-end torque loss?

Might just be a lazy tranny that needs a good tune...

ah dang, smack on the head right there. I dont know what i'm talking about tonight yeah high end loss.
