I'm not a fan of the sido tip. Looks like something you can get at Pep Boys.

Your just a Corsa hater and always will be. The qaulity in the tips and throughout is the best ive ever seen in any other system....

I think the look is killer and everyone else thats seen my truck agrees

I didn't once question the high quality of the Corsa tip, or the entire system for that matter, I just said it LOOKED like something you'd find at Pep Boys, and that's a fact. I'm sure your Corsa system is great, but I have never been a fan of sido tips. I think of sido tips similarly to that of putting street rims/tires on a 4x4.

Need a sound clip. Where did you get it and how much if you don't mind me asking? Looks great I have heard nothing but good things about Corsa.

I bought mine on Ebay for $500. It was the only one the seller had left. I'll get a sound clip, but I don't have a real high quality camera so it won't really do it justice. There are some clips on corsa's website corsaperf.com that you can get a good idea from.

I won't completely disagree with the Pep boys look a like, but in person you can really tell the difference. I also wanted something different than everyone else. I didn't want it loud, but I wanted to have a good deep tone when I felt it was necessary. After having it for a little over a week now, I could not be happier. Even at 85mph on the interstate there is no drone. Only downfall has been while towing. Little less down low which results in a little gear searching. Most, if not all, Cat backs have this issue. A tuner will be solving that problem shortly.

I can see the pics now (I'm at home) and they look great!

FYI - extensive cleaning and polishing will take the "CORSA" off the tips... its just laser-etched on I think. After about 4 months of winter driving and then cleaning the tip it took the Corsa off mine.

I don't want to get into a big argument again... but I suggest putting some mudflaps on to protect the tips. I installed some this past spring and the tips are much much easier to keep clean. I used DuraFlap for my truck and they are holding up really well.
(please don't hijack his thread with mudflap bashing)

Anyway - nice looking exhaust!

Man, it took you a long time to get home.

Thanks for the advice about the tips. I live down south so not much winter driving happening down here, but i'm sure they will get pretty dirty. I have thought about putting some flaps on, but I just can't bring myself to do it yet.

Thanks again for the advice and the compliment.
