2002 Expedition XLT 5.4L 4wd

First Setup:
2 Magnaflow Hi-flow Cats--> X-Pipe--> Two, 2 1/2" Magnaflow rounded mufflers SI/SO--> dual side exit behind rear tire

Second Setup:
Stock Cats (gutted)--> X-Pipe--> Two, 2 1/2" Flowmaster Super 44 SI/SO--> dual side exit behind rear tire

any ideas? also if there is better setups, please feel free to say

 

What was wrong with the first setup that made you change it? And how did those Super 44s perform compared to the Magnaflow muffler system?

I would imagine your first setup would be the best performing setup since it was all legal and healthy. I have Super 44s going in my truck soon and hoping to get the Magnaflow cats.

 

ya i was aiming toward the magnaflows but i was just curious about the other...

but it is hard to get parts in Hawaii because the shipping costs just as much as the exhaust...

i was about to order exhaust and the total was $427 for everything including the tubing... and the shipping was $357!

im gonna try order the parts through napa locally but that still probably would be expensive...
