Question X-Pipe

Im thinking about getting a Magnaflow X-pipe but I want some info first. Will it make my truck run better and how will the sound be? Will it make my exhaust any louder? Keep in mind I already have the Magnaflow super truck style cat-back. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Super Truck Style cat-back, that isn't true duals is it? X pipes and H pipes are only neccessary in true dual applications and need mounted inbetween cats, and mufflers, As close to front as possible also.
