Headers

Ok I have made my dission and I am going with the daynatech setup, headers and Y pipe with maggie HF cats insted of the resonators. But hear is my question, I want to run the L set up where is ends with two 2.5 inch pipes. I the standerd kit goes from two 2.5 pipes into a 2.5 inch collector which I guss is good for stock but I plan on making more power. But I know the lightning setup is not designed to go around the transfer case. I know a shop near me that could do all the bending and welding I need but I am trying to do this the easyist and cheapest way possible. It looks like on the non L setup there is just enough room to cut the collector off and put a 2.5 by 2.5 into 3 inch collector. Or should I get the L setup and have them make it go around the transfer case. Im also going to remove the pipe making the exhaust go from stock size to the three inch and just make it three inch from collector to tip.

Thanks

So by the 4x4 kit and make it work the way I want, or just run it the way it comes out of the box? I plan on making in the relm of 500 to 550 rwhp depending on how much gas prices go up.

Thanks

I have the full setup for the 4x4 headers and cats + y pipe. couldnt be happier. Dynatech makes high class goods. Piecing together systems costs a lot more money, plus there is a higher potential that somebody is going to do a poor job with bending/welding.

if you have the time and skills you can put the dynatech system together yourself and you'll feel way better about it in the end. especially the saved $$$$$$
