long tubes on a four wheel drive 97 f150

Anyone done this. I am about to do this because My cats went bad and it is cheaper.

you can just replace cats with aftermarket high flows...cheaper than OEM

i would go LT+high flow cats + X pipe+ DI/DO Magnaflow 40 or 50 series..and where ever you want the tips at

well thats my plan anyhow

magnaflow doesnt make the 40 or 50 series your thinking of flowmaster, personally i would do LT's + magnaflow high flow cats+ x pipe + 2 14" SI/SO maggies, then tips where you prefer

i did it on my 97 2WD. Pacesetter LT's 283.00 Cut-outs 40 bucks. Dynomax bullets 80 bucks for both. install wasnt too bad i did it in winter so it was kinda cold.

did OBX LTH's on my 4.6 to 5.4 swap 4x4 with lift. only irritant i had was the fabtech links were in the way. oh and i guess starting the bolts wasnt fun. but no fitment issues.
