well said this is exactly what I`m having done to my truck right now, here is a link for homemade mil eliminators and they work too, it cost less than $10 for all the parts from radioshack just solder it together and you will have no CEL, I did it to mine, and to see if it would work I took both of the rear O2 sensors out of the pipe and and started the truck and no CEL!!!

this is the easiest way to solder it up

Thanks....Did you remove all 4 cats or just the rear 2?

I removed all 4 and replaced those with 2 highflow cats, its sounds so much better and I can tell a little better throttle response

What size pipe are you running. Ive been told to go with 2.25 for true dual and 2.5 for a set up like yours. Just curiouse what your running.

so to clarify. if i remove just the 2 rear cats the truck will still run fine and the check engine light won't come on? If i go with high flows the 02 sensors can still plug into them right?
