I ended up calling Banks Performance directly since that is the intake I've been looking at. I know it's more expensive than the rest, but that's my decision. They are based out of California, so I figured they'd be CARB minded (which they are....along with all of their other products). They said that I would get the CARB sticker with my purchase.

I don't know if I'm going to keep my Georgia plates or get Cali plates, but at least I'll be ok either way....

Carb

The AEM Brute Force I just picked up is pending legality. So I am sure it'll just be some time. I've heard it takes a few months for approval.
State of California is a little slow

Well the intake came in and it is an extremely nice piece of work. Everything fit together perfectly as long as you read the directions carefully. My computer has been acting up lately, so pictures probably won't be happening right now. I will say that I love the sound at WOT!

Keep the Georgia plates. Then you can get high flow cats and long tube headers legally.
