volant issues?

I have a 2004 F150 5.4l 3v
When i first installed this months ago I had horrible vibration noise/feel.
I removed my volant have been running without it .
So since i don't want to see my money wasted I am trying again to find out how to make it better...
i finally realized it was the tubing hitting the firewall, so i called volant and they said to trim it, there is a trim ring. so i did that and now the in cab vibration is eliminated. but i still have what seems like fender vibrations??

I was thinking it may be the wiring that feed directly into the headlight socket that the lower intake pulls from.
and.
I was also thinking that it may be the small black box located on the fender next to the intake box touching and resulting in vibes?

Does anyone else have any experience with how to resolve this or ideas?
thanks
Graham
