Im being unbiased and your not. I've heard roush offroad exhaust before in person...have you heard Corsa sport....NO

Im sure I am outnumbered but thats because not to many people have the corsa system because of the cost but I dont care...just makes my truck more unique. Corsa has a different tone/idle that no other exhaust out there makes, where every other exhaust pretty much sounds the exact same just maybe ones a little bit louder or quieter than the other. Oh ya and I have no drone when cruising and am still just as loud at WOT as the ROUSH.

My .02....AGAIN...this is just my opinion but Cope and you said "It is" the best exhaust...I disagree
I know a guy with a Corsa system, and it does have a good tone. Its pretty quiet though, at WOT it is not as loud as Roush Offroad. Maybe louder then the roush legal though.

You could be right there. Are the Roush systems straight through(can you see through the muffler when looking in the Inlet or Outlet)?

One thing is for sure, they are both top notch systems!

Yes they are both very high quality. As for the Roush muffler, here is a pic of the inside of mine...keep in mind its only 10" long and straight through. As you can see theres an internal V, and packing around it, and it just goes straight through into 2 outlets.

no jack

Im sure it could be done without a jack . Im sure this is opening up the door to a whole lot af redneck how to suggestions. But if you dont have a lift or access to one , a jack and some tall jack stands would be my second choice.

I did mine by myself and w/out a jack. Again, I have a Corsa system but when it comes to mounting a clamp on exhaust its all pretty close to the same.

Since you have a 4X2, You are most likely going to need a jack and some stands. Other than that, just basic hand tools. Most of the work can be handled with some penetrating oil and a rachet set. Installation is pretty easy. Removing the factory muffler and pipes is a little more challenging-I chose to cut them off with a sawzall and like others have mentioned, just unbolt the hanger brackets instead of fighting with the hangers from underneath.

Pretty much just need a socket wrench.

As someone else said, a pair of jack stands would be nice -- it's always good to have a couple more inches clearance for the noggin.

Thats whats awesome about a 4x4 & being quite thin, slide right under the truck very well . In a 4x2s case, jackstands would be handy.

Jack stands

Well my Roush offroad system has been sitting in my garage for a week. I took some time to polish it a little, And Ive been putting some penetrant on all the hardware on the stock system. But I havent been able to get the time to install it. Time is something I have a shortage of. Two young kids and wife working nights. Mothers day being this weekend puts my install off even longer. My truck is a 4x4 so I have a little more room to work with. But I didnt think I'd be able to rotate the stock muffler and tailpipe out from under the truck without the truck susspended as high as possible. I dont want to cut the stock system In case I ever want to put things back as before. Hearing that others have been successfull without using any means of lift is a benefit to all in that situation. Good luck I think I will be using my stands just to get the added clearance. I cant wait much longer to get this system on. But I am also concerned about the use of my Edge an Roush intake causing a lean condition . Any Help?
