Flowmaster

I'm an F150 owner and have a question, not about my truck, but about a 1988 Crown Victoria. The car has a 5.0L V8. I want to put a Flowmaster on the thing, but was wondering if any of you exhaust experts might anticipate a problem by my doing so. Will the car still run okay? Are there other exhaust options I should think about?

Theres too many options. You could go with any muffler as long as it fits.

For the Flowmaster, certainly it will work. I would go with the Flowmaster Super 44.

Is it a single muffler exhaust? OR is it one of those single mid pipe them splits to two small mufflers at the back? That will determine how many mufflers you will need.

I don't know anything about the car but if it's setup like an 88 Mustang it should have an H-pipe setup from the factory. If that's the case it should have two mufflers. Then again, I could be completely off.
