Had a flowmaster 50 on my Supercrew with duals. Sounded great with no drone.

I have a Flowmaster 50 on my Ranger and I am getting ready to put one on the wifes car.

Overall good sound, nice rumble at idle, but not to loud at part throttle.

It'll sound great. But it will last only a few years depending on how bitter & salty your winters are, and how old it is & how many miles the Ranger had it for.

I put a muffler on for sound, not performance,so I say put it on.It may not be as much of a power increase as lets say magnaflow, but it will give you an increase over your stock muffler and sound better then your stocker.I have dual flow 40's on my 05 and they sound great.

I have a SIDO with 40 series turn down hide aways that dump just behind the rear axle and I love the set up. Sounds great and it has a little more pep.

You got any pics of the exhaust tips you installed. That sounds like what I want to do to mine. I currently have a SIDO with the slash cut tips exiting at 45's behind rear wheels but I want a more subtle looking exhaust.
